Step 1: Kajabi
To connect your Mailchimp account with Kajabi, you’ve got to navigate to the Settings tab on your Kajabi account from the Dashboard and select Third Party Integrations. Here, turn the Mailchimp integration option on.
You’ll be asked to enter the API key upon turning Mailchimp integration on. To obtain this key, click on the API Key Link and log in to your Mailchimp account.
Following the API Key link will give you the API key that you’ll be required into the API key field in your Kajabi account. Simply copy the API key from Mailchimp and paste it into Kajabi and click save.
Step 2: Mailchimp
To integrate the Mailchimp account with a Kajabi Form, you’ll have to create a List.
Click on the Audience tab in Mailchimp and choose the option to Manage Audience. Choose settings from the resulting drop-down menu and scroll all the way to the bottom till you see the Unique List ID. Copy this ID.
Step 3: Kajabi Mailchimp Integration Platform
Now that you’ve got the Unique List ID from your Mailchimp account, you now have to add this list ID to your Kajabi Form.
Go to your Kajabi account and open the Marketing tab from the dashboard. Click on the Forms button. Choose ‘Create a new Form,’ or you can choose to edit an existing Form.
Whatever you select, don’t forget to check the box that is present adjacent to ‘Send the contact to a third-party email provider.’ Choose Mailchimp as the third-party provider, followed by pasting the Unique List ID that you copied from Mailchimp earlier.
Click the save button, and you’re all set! You’ve successfully finished the Kajabi Mailchimp Integration. Any submissions that are done through Kajabi Form will now be added automatically to the List in Mailchimp.
